At Portland Leather Goods, we want you to love your handcrafted leather items, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products in their original condition. Please note that 'Almost Perfect' sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help our artisans improve.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
